Hey, I'm Max - an independent developer.
I've been shipping software for 15+ years, the last few of them on my own products instead of someone else's. Small SaaS, automation systems, AI tools, browser extensions, the occasional app. Some worked, some quietly didn't. I keep building anyway.
Not a guru. Not a coach. Not a digital warrior of light. Just a guy with a laptop, a lot of caffeine, and a habit of turning messy manual workflows into things that actually run.

- the occasional essay, when something's actually worth saying
